Sound therapy sessions are approximately an hour long and can be for one person or a group. It is best to bring something comfortable to lay down on, like a yoga mat or blanket, and a pillow. Once you’ve settled in for your session you can just relax and take in the soothing sounds and vibrations.
I utilize a blend of gongs, crystal singing bowls, wind chimes, shaman drum, water and nature sounds to help you slip into a state of deep relaxation. In this space, stress melts away and healing can begin. Although every person experiences sound differently, the feedback I’ve received ranges anywhere from finding a sense of higher purpose, to discovering the strength to move forward from a painful emotional trauma, to sensations of warmth and healing in locations of physical illness, to reconnecting with self and higher power, to falling into a state of presence, peace, and harmony.
